The change includes the addition of a bar servery to the rear garden of the premises. To add the following condition to the premises licence: The external bar servery shall not be used after 22-00 hours on any day of the week. The opening hours and Ikensable activities authorised by the premises licence are to remain unaltered. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of on effect until the work has been completed.
