Notice is hereby given that on 22 March 2017, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by The Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF craving the Court inter alia that the said NEVIS HOME IMPROVEMENTS LIMITED, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC447912) and having its registered office at 10 Newton Place, Glasgow, G3 7PR (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that William Cleghorn and Emma Porter, Insolvency Practitioners both of Aver Chartered Accountants, 21 York Place, Edinburgh, EH1 3EN be appointed as interim liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor of 22 March 2017 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service; all of which notice is hereby given.
