LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
I Samantha Anderson, hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of 75, Leigh Road, Leigh on Sea. SS9 1JN The proposed licensable activity is which it is proposed will be carried on are: The Sale of Alcohol from 10am until 10pm Monday to Sunday. In addition, live music from 6pm - 10pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon 12 noon until 4pm. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend on Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing by 15th April 2017 Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend on Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre, (Floor 12) Victoria Avenue, Southend on sea, Essex SS2 6ZG. A record iof the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 8.30am and 4.45 pm Mondays to Fridays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
