NEW FOREST DISTRICT COUNCIL PLANNING ACTS: NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the following planning applications have been received. Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans and other documents submitted on the Council'sweb site at www.newforest.gov.uk/planning. Youcan also view electronic copies of the applications at the offices indicated below.

Applications marked "Ringwood" can be viewed at Ringwood Gateway, The Furlong, Ringwood 9:00-5:00 Mon to Thursday 9:00-4:45 Fri.

Those marked "Fordingbridge" can be viewed at the Information Centre, Kings Yard, Salisbury Street, Fordingbridge April-Oct 10:00-4:00 Mon to Fri Nov-March 10:00-4:00 Mon, Wed, Fri.

Paper copies can be inspected by prior arrangement at our Lyndhurst offices.

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a

Conservation Area. The proposed development would affect the setting of aListed Building.

Anyone wishing to comment about any of these applications must write to the Service Manager Planning and Building Control, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PAwithin three weeks of the date of publication of this notice, quoting the application number Alternatively, you can submit your comments online on the Councils website www.newforest.gov.uk/planning or e-mail them to dev.control@nfdc.gov.uk. ALL comments received will be available for inspection on our website and copied to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal. We do not accept comments unless you include your name and address. Youshould only include information that

you are happy to be seen by the public and we will return comments that contain inappropriate or offensive material meaning that they will not be taken on board.

We will use our best endeavours to ensure that personal telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures will not be viewable on the web but they will be on the original comments on the file and available to the public if they view the paper file. Comments received may be viewable on the web for up to six years after the decision on the application is made. We do not acknowledge comments received.
