PUBLIC NOTICE
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (Footpath SA-515, Salwarpe) (Temporary Closure) Order 2015
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on12 March 2015, the effect of which is to close that part of Footpath SA-515, Salwarpe from the footbridge at its junction with Footpath SA-547 to OS Grid Reference SO 388296 261456 just north of its junction with C2086 Copcult Lane, which was due to expire on 1 April 2017 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 1 October 2017 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State. TheOrder hasbeen madeto allow forthecompletion of the nearby housing development works and to prevent any danger to highway users whilst this is on-going.
