(City ofWorcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting, Limited Waiting and Goods Vehicle Loading/Unloading on Somers Road and Brook Street, Worcester]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect ofwhich will be to limit waiting 45 minutes no return within 2 hours Monday - Saturday 8.00am - 6.30pm on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:
Somers Road (south side) from a point 11.1 metres from its junction with Barbourne Road for a distance of 5.9 metres; from a point 29.5 metres from its junction with Barbourne Road for a distance of 14.8 metres in a westerly direction. Brook Street (south side) from a point 17 metres from its junction with Barbourne Road for a distance of 15 metres in an easterly direction.
Limit waiting 2 hours no return within 2 hours Monday - Saturday 8.00am - 6.30pm on Somers Road (south side) from a point 44.3 metres from its junction with Barbourne Road for a distance of 33.1 metres in a westerly direction. Prohibit waiting at any time on Brook Street (south side) from its junction with Barbourne Road for a distance of 6.7 metres in an easterly direction. Goods vehicle only loading/unloading on Brook Street (south side) from a point 6.7 metres from its junction with Barbourne Road for a distance of 10.3 metres in an easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. (City ofWorcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Revocation ofRestriction ofWaiting and Prohibition of waiting and Disabled Persons' Parking Places on Henry Street, St Georges Walk and St George's Lane North, Worcester] Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to REPLACE restriction of waiting Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm with prohibition of waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester: Henry Street (both sides) from its junction with St George's Lane North for a distance of 4.8 metres in a northerly direction. St George's Walk (both sides) from its junction with St George's Lane North for a distance of 7.7 metres in a northerly direction. St George's Lane North (north side) from its junction with Henry Street to its junction with St George's Walk; from its junction with St George's Walk for a distance of 10 metres in a south easterly direction; from its junction with Henry Street for a distance of 1.4 metres in a westerly direction (south side) from its junction with St George's Lane South for a distance of 26.3 metres in a north westerly direction and 24 metres in a south easterly direction. EXTEND disabled persons' parking places:-
St Georges Walk (west side) from a point 69 metres north of its junction with St George's Lane North for a distance of 25.8 metres in a northerly direction.

(C2158 Netherwood Lane, Crowle)(Temporary Closure)
Order 2017
The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of C2158 Netherwood Lane, Crowle, from its junction with C2158 Church Lane to its junction with U42400 Oddingley Lane in order to facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2032 Crowle Road, C2076 Plough Road, C2076 Plough Lane, C2158 Church Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days: Commencing: 24 April 2017.

(Footpaths NJ-523, NJ-524 and NJ-545, Norton Juxta Kempsey)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2015
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 15 September 2016 the effect of which is to close Footpaths NJ-523, NJ-524 and NJ-545, Norton Juxta Kempsey for the entire lengths which was due to expire on 31 March 2017, has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 30 September 2017 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State.
The Order has been made to facilitate works to re-signal the railway line and to ensure the safety of the public during these works. Alternative route: is via Footpath NJ-526, Norton Juxta Kempsey, C2055 Woodbury Lane and B4084 Pershore Road.
(A38 Barbourne Road, (southbound only), Worcester)(Temporary One Way Closure) Order 2017
The Council have made an Order the effect of which is to impose a one-way traffic restriction on A38 Barbourne Road, (southbound only), Worcester. Traffic will proceed on in a northerly direction from its junction with U50127 St Georges Square to its junction with U50132 Sunnyside Road in order to facilitate carriageway repair works.
Clockwise Diversion Route: A38 Droitwich Road, B4482 Bilford Road, B4482 Astwood Road, B4450 Rainbow Hill, B4450 Lowesmoor Terrace, B4205 Pheasant Street, B4205 George Street, A38 City Walls Road, A38 St Nicholas Street, A38 The Tything and A38 Upper Tything.
Maximum duration: 18 months Anticipated duration: 1 Sunday: Commencing: 2 April 2017.
(Footpath KP-573, Kempsey)(Temporary Closure Order) 2017 The Council have made an Order the effect of which is to close Footpath KP-573, Kempsey for its entire length. The Order has been made to facilitate the construction of an access road for a new housing development.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken. Alternative route: is via C2208 Post Office Lane, U60032 Oakfield Drive and U60034 Napleton Lane and vice versa. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 3 April 2017.
(C2011 Evesham Road, Inkberrow)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of C2011 Evesham Road, Inkberrow, from its junction with C2010 Alcester Road to its junction with A422 Worcester Road in order to facilitate gas works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A422 Worcester Road; A422 Alcester Road; C2010 New Road; C2010 Radford Road; C2010 Alcester Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days: Commencing: 24 April 2017.
(U60407 Baughton, Earls Croome)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of U60407 Baughton, Earls Croome, from its junction with U60407 Baughton for a distance of 1235 metres in a southerly direction in order to facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U60407 Hill Croome, C2107 Strensham Road, C2107 Ryall Grove, A38 Tewkesbury Road, A41404 Pershore Road, A41404 Baughton and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days: Commencing: 25 April 2017.
(A4440 Nunnery Way, Worcester)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of A4440 Nunnery Way, Worcester, from its junction with B4636 Nunnery Way to A4538 Pershore Lane on to its junction with A4440 Swinesherd Way in order to facilitate relaying of road surface works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
