SECTION 70 LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1976 HACKNEY CARRIAGE AND PRIVATE HIRE VEHICLE AND OPERATOR FEES
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council in accordance with the provisions of Section 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, intend to vary the fees for Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Licences and Private Hire Operator Licences. They will be applicable within the Wiltshire Council area as detailed below with effect from 1st May 2017 (or on adate, being not later than two months from the first date, if objection is made).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 21 March 2017 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be as follows Order 1- To revoke The County of Wiltshire (C368 Lower Road, Quidhampton and Salisbury) (30mph Speed Limit) Order 2017 and introduce a20mph speed limit on:

C368 Lower Road -from its junction with Cherry Orchard Lane to apoint 15 metres north west of the centreline of
the access to Bemerton Farm; Brick Lane, Cecil Terrace, Church Lane, Hadrians Close, St. Andrew's Road and
Skew Bridge Road - the complete lengths. Orders 2and 3- To introduce a30mph speed limit on C368 Lower

Road for administrative purposes only to take account of the above proposed 20mph speed limit. Acopy of the Orders and plan may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours.
Any person aggrieved by the Orders and desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in
the Orders on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that
any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9ofthe Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule,
has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Orders will come into operation on 3April 2017.
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A338 (Part) Salisbury, Britford and Odstock;from Harnham Gyratory, Harnham in asoutherly direction to its junction with C12 Nunton Village Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway patching works, ironwork adjustment and associated road marking works. Alternative route via A338 (unrestricted length) -A31 -A350 -A354 -A338 (unrestricted length) and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 26 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required nightly between the hours of 19.00 and 06.00 until 28 April 2017. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending
upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the
nature of the works. The Order will have amaximum duration of 18 months. For further information please contact Atkins

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic to enable
Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction work, surface dressing and road markings: (a) Black Lane
(Part), Lover, Redlynch;from its junction with Lyburn Road for adistance of approximately 880m in awesterly direction to apoint adjacent 'Home Farm'. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Order will come into operation on 21 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required
daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 24 April 2017; (b) Moor Lane (Part), Redlynch;from its junction
with Grove Lane/Timberley Lane in anorth-easterly direction for adistance of approximately 1.25km to apoint adjacent Titchborne Farmhouse. Alternative route via Moor Lane (unaffected length) -A36 -B3079 Pound Hill -C44 Hamptworth Road/Timberley Lane and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 21 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 24 April 2017; (c) North Lane/Lyburn Road (Part), Nomansland and Hamptworth, Redlynch;from its junction with Forest Road to its junction with Black Lane. Alternative route via Lyburn Road (unaffected length) -C44 Hamptworth Road -B3079 Lyndhurst Road -C319 Forest Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 21 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 25 April 2017; (d) C42 Woodford Valley Road (Part), Woodford; from its junction with C57 Camp Hill for adistance of approximately 1.5km in anorth-easterly direction to apoint adjacent
property 'Manor House'. Alternative route via C57 Camp Hill/The Avenue -A360 -C283 Wishford Road -C42 Middle
Woodford/Woodford Valley Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 21 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 28 April 2017. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (e) B3089 (Part) Fonthill Bishop, Chilmark and Teffont;from its junction with C43 Fonthill Bishop to its junction with C24 (Ham Cross) Teffont Evias to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction, carriageway resurfacing, adjustment of ironwork and replacement of road markings. Alternative route via B3089 (unaffected length) -A30 -A350 -B3089 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 5October 2016 will now recommence on 3April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required on weekdays only until 11 April 2017.
