TAKE NOTICE thatthe Council of the Borough of Bournemouth of Town Hall, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, Dorset in its capacity as Highways Authority,intends to apply to Poole Magistrates' Court sittingatThe Law Courts, Park Road, Poole BH15 2NS on 22 May 2017 at 14:00 for an Order authorising that part of thehighway land at LowtherRoad and Ascham Road, Bournemouth be stopped up on the grounds that it is unnecessary.

The area of highway to be stopped up is shown on the plan which maybeinspected free of charge

betweenthe hoursof9.00am and4.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9.00amto4.00pm on Fridays
