Notice is hereby given that we, Old Cinema Launderette Ltd, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as OLD CINEMA LAUNDERETTE, 38 MARSHALL TERRACE, DURHAM. DH1 2HX for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities:- The sale by retail of alcohol (on & off sales) and the provision of indoor regulated entertainment (including live & recorded music) from 08:00 – 23:00 Mon - Sun inclusive. Hours to be extended to 02:00 for sale of alcohol and live & recorded music for up to 12 times per year, including New Year’s Eve and Bank Holidays. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
