NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is hereby given that we Jane Gigner-Hollies and Sheldon Hollies applied for on 14th March 2017 for the Licenece to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as Charley's Corner, 154 Northenden Road, Sale Moor, Cheshire M33 3HE underthe provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide the Sale of Alcohol on and off the premises during the intended hours of 11:00 to 18:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 11:00 to 21:00 Thursday, Friday, Saturday and 11:00 to 16:00 Sundays.

Any persons wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to THE LICENSING SECTION, TRAFFORD COUNCIL, TRAFFORD TOWN HALL TALBOT ROAD STRETFORD MANCHESTER M32 0TH not later than 28 days after the application was made to the licensing authority, starting on the day after the application was made. A representation may also be made to the licensing section at the following email address licensing@trafford.gov.uk provided that, at the same time, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above address.

A copy of the application of the above license is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford Manchester M320TH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10:00am and 1:00pm and 2:00pm and 4:00pm

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine forwhich a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 fine on the standard scale
