Notice is hereby given that I Burak Goksu have made an application on 22nd March 2017 to Warrington Borough Council to Vary a Premises Licence at Elmas, 2 Pepper Street, Lymm, Warrington, WA13 0JT The variation is to extend the hours for Regulated Entertainment, Late Night Refreshment & the Supply of Alcohol.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 19th April 2017 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
