LICENSING ACT 2003 MAJOR VARIATION
Application has been made to London Borough of Sutton to vary a premises licence under section 34 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco, CHEAM EXPRESS, 50 MALDEN ROAD, SUTTON, SURREY,SM3 8HB.
The variation proposes a change
and extension to the hours the store can sell alcohol (as indicated below) and also the
removal of conditions on the licence.

inspected at the offices of London Borough of Sutton, BRS -Licensing Department, 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton, Surrey, SM5 2JG between normal office hours except public holidays.
Any representat on by a responsible authority or an interested party must be made in
writing to the council by 11-ApM7 It is an offence to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a
maximum tine of £5,000._
