Development at Site of Parr Bridge Works Mosley Common Road Tyldesley Manchester For Planning Permission: Outline application for mixed use development comprising erection of up to 279 dwellings, four Class A1 units up to 4,180 sqm floor space, three Class A3 (cafes and restaurants) up to 1,144 sqm floor space, one children's day nursery (Class D1) and one life centre (GP Practice and ancillary services within D1) up to 1,255 sqm, together with associated landscaping and access. Applicant: Maxilead Limited
