Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

This Order is being introduced because of new link road construction works to be carried out which are anticipated to take 12 months to complete. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit waiting (parking) on:

A417 London Road from the west side of the bridge

over the A34 for 290 meters eastwards;

B4493 Didcot Road from the west side of the bridge

over the A34 for 310 meters eastwards;

Un-named access road off the B4493 Didcot Road to

Sunny Side & Hillview houses.

Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the prohibition is in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.
