Application has been made on the 27th of March 2017 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1: The supply of alcohol (off sales only) Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 20:00 hours and Sunday 09:00 to 18:00 hours. 2.The premises to be open to the public for the same hours as shown above for the supply of alcohol. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 24th of April 2017). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
