Fife Council, under Section 37 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984, propose to introduce road humps in the form of speed cushions as follows:-Speed Cushions (3m x 100mm) Leuchatsbeath Drive, Cowdenbeath from the extended south boundary line of no. 29 Johnston Park in a northerly direction; from the extended north boundary line of no. 30 Johnston Park in a southerly direction; from a point 18m or

thereby north of the extended north kerbline of

Johnston Park adjacent to no. 85 in a northerly direction; and from the extended south boundary line of no. 1 Craigbeath Court in a northerly direction.
