NOTICE is hereby given that on 14 March 2017 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Kilmardinny 67 Ltd, having their Registered Office at Units 4-7 Woodville Park Industrial Estate, Woodville Street, Glasgow G51 2RL craving the Court inter alia that the said Kilmardinny 67 Ltd (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 17 March 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appointed Ian William Wright, Insolvency Practitioner, WRI Associates, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB to be provisional liquidator of the Company and to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
