Take notice that Esther Hall has applied to Ribble Wiley Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a premises licence in respect of the premises called Esther Hall Designs 76 Knowsley Road Wilpshire BB1 9PN A brief description of the proposed licence is as follows: Opening times and the supply of alcohol for off the premises 0000 to 2359 hours Monday to Sunday.
