APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that I, Polish Shop Plus Ltd have applied on 9/03/2017 to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for Polish Shop Plus Ltd, 21-23 Longfield Centre, Prestwich M25 1AY to allow the sale/supply of alcohol between the following hours 9:00-22:00. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application.

A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 9.30am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
