DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL BURTREE LANE, DARLINGTON (ROAD CLOSURE), ORDER 2017

Darlington Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:

BURTREE LANE

From its junction with North Road northwards to the south side ol Princess Road junction

An alternative route will be signed via North Road, Longfield Road, Whessoe Road and vice versa.

The Order is necessary to allow installation of a power cable.

The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing from 3rd April 2017, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective for 8 weeks.
