3. Committee of Management's Annual Report.



4. Annual Report & Accounts & Auditor's Report for year ended 31st December 2016.



5. Election of Committee Members. The following members offer themselves for re-election: Anthony N Totham, Anthony M Hedley & Alan Guest.



6. To appoint Royce Peeling Green Limited as Auditors for 2017.



7. Any other business in accordance with the Rules of the Society.
