Application Number: 2017/29929 Proposal: Outline Planning Permission (Major) -Proposed residential development comprising up to 400 dwellings, including means of access to but not within the Site, recreational open space and related infrastructure. All detailed matters other than means of access to the site are reserved for subsequent approval. Location: Land South of Astor Drive, East of Lichfield Avenue &, South of Wittierwin Avenue, Grappenhall Heys, Warrington, WA4 3LG Applicant: Homes and Communities Agency

Application Number: 2017/29930 Proposal: Outline Planning Permission (Major) -Proposed Residential development comprising up to 370 dwellings, means of access to but not within the Site, local neighbourhood centre (including retail convenience store up to 500 square metres; health centre up to 1,000 square metres and place of worship/ community use up to 1,000 square metres, with associated outside space, access and parking) recreational open space and related infrastructure. All detailed matters other than means of access to the site are reserved for subsequent approval. Location: Land bounded by Green Lane &, Dipping Brook Avenue, Appleton, Warrington, WA4 5NN Applicant: Homes and Communities Agency

The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may be of public interest under the terms of Article 15(4) or (5) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.
