THE BOLTON (LEVER PARK AVENUE, HORWICH) (TEMPORARY ONE-WAY TRAFFIC) (NO.17) ORDER 2017

The Borough of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the effect of which, being operative from 2 April 2017, will be to introduce a one-way restriction for all vehicles on Lever Park Avenue, permitted direction of travel northbound only. Alternative route will be Darley St, Lord St, Chorley Old Rd. The Order is necessary due to highway repair works and will last for 1 day. The order will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works, whichever first occurs.
