Notice is given that DENIZ TEMEL has applied to PURBECK DISTRICT COUNCIL Licensing Authority for the variation of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003. TO VARY THE TERMINAL HOURS FOR THE DAILY RETAIL SALE OF ALCOHOL AND THE PROVISION OF LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT SUNDAY TO THURSDAY FROM 2330 UNTIL MIDNIGHT FRIDAY AND SATURDAY UNTIL 0100 HOURS. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Purbeck District Council, West Port House Wogret Road Wareham. Representations must be received no later than 31/03/2017. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
