Application is available for public inspection at Licensing Services, Weymouth and Portland Borough Council offices, Commercial Road, Weymouth, DT4 8NGA. Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority, Weymouth & Portland Borough Council but these must be submitted between 8th March 2017 and the 5th April 2017. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (E5000, January 2005)
