NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act of 1925 that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of JOAN HILL of Warren Lodge, Warren Lane, Finchampstead, Wokingham RG40 4HR formerly of 19 Rose Hill, Billingshurst, West Sussex RH14 9QN who died on 15th November 2016 and whose will dated 19th November 2003 appointed Anderson Rowntree Solicitors Executors thereof are required to send particulars in writing of their claims or interests to the undersigned by the 24th May 2017 after which the Executors will distribute the Estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice.
