SCHEME OF MEMBERS' ALLOWANCES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Regulation 16(1)(b) of
the above Regulations, of the Scheme of Members' Allowances for
the year commencing 1April 2017. The Scheme provides for the
following allowances:-
(1) Basic Allowance payable to each Councillor -
£9,290.60
(2) Special Responsibility Allowances:-
(i) Leader of the Council -
£17,652.00
(ii) Deputy Leader of the Council -
£13,239.00
(iii) Members of the Cabinet -
£11,034.00
(iv) Chairmen of Overview and Scrutiny Panels -

(v) Vice-Chairmen of Overview and Scrutiny -
