Notice of Application for a Premises Licence NOTICE is hereby given that Box 44 Limited has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence for the premises to be known as: The Rabbit Hole, Lower Ground Floor, Box 44, 6 St Michael’s Road, Bournemouth BH2 5DX. The application is for the grant of a licence to permit sale of alcohol from 09:00 to 23:00 hours and the provision of late night refreshment until 23:30 daily. The application is subject to a number of restrictions on the categories of persons who may be supplied with alcohol and other conditions. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St. Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6LL no later than 7th April 2017. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Bournemouth Borough Council at the above address (or www. bournemouth.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
