PRE-PLANNING APPLICATION COMMUNITY CONSULTATION
Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 Regulation 7 (2) (b) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 Proposed Planning and Listed Building Applications including a Masterplan to Redevelop the Site of the Former Victoria Infirmary, Langside, Glasgow to construct new residential properties including office and retail uses and associated car parking and landscaping.
Notice is hereby given under Regulation 7 (2) (b) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 that a third series of public consultation events are to be held on behalf of Sanctuary Group in respect of future planning and listed building applications including a masterplan to redevelop the site of the former Victoria Infirmary, Langside, Glasgow to construct new residential properties including office and retail uses and associated car parking and landscaping. The events will comprise of a public exhibition to be held at Langside Library, 2 Sinclair Drive, Glasgow, G42 9EQ on Thursday 23 March, 2017 from 2.00pm to 7.00pm and Saturday 25 March, 2017 from 10.00am to 3.00pm. The events will be attended by representatives of the applicant and members of its planning and architectural design team who will be available to answer questions and provide any additional information or clarification as required. Any persons wishing to make comments to the prospective applicant in respect of the content of the public exhibition may do so by writing directly to Farningham Planning Ltd, Suite 107, 47 Timber Bush, Leith, Edinburgh, EH6 6QH or by email to alan.farningham@farnmac.co.uk. All comments should be submitted to the above noted addresses by Monday 17 April, 2017 at the latest. This notice does not relate to a planning application. As such, comments made to the prospective applicant at this time do not constitute representations to the Planning Authority. An opportunity to make representations to Glasgow City Council will be available following formal submission of the planning and listed building applications and the masterplan, when neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time.
