TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

(HIGH STREET and MAIN STREET, AMOTHERBY) ORDER 2017 NO 89

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which is to continue in force, under Section 15(8) of the above Act, the provisions of the Order "North Yorkshire County Council (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) (Main Street and High Street, Amotherby) Order 2017 No 89" made on 1st March 2017, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Main Street and High Street, Amotherby, in the District of Ryedale due to resurfacing works.

The maximum duration of the Order will be from 25th March until 7th April inclusive and it is envisaged that the remainder of the works will be completed within this timescale. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site. Whilst the Order shall remain valid between 25th March 2017 and 7th April 2017, it is envisaged that the road closure will be implemented between 25th March 2017 and 31st March 2017.
