I Nicholas Thexton do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of Premises Licence at 33 - 35 Duke Street, Darlington, DL3 7RX and known as: Stable Hearth. The application is to: permit the sale of alcohol on and off the premises: 10:00 to 00:00hrs each day. Provision of late night refreshment: 23:00-00:00hrs each day. Activities extended to 02:00hrs on Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Years Eve. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT by March 23, 2017. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
