Notice is hereby given that the following application has been submitted to Hambleton District Council in accordance with the above Act: Name of Applicant: Dalton Village Hall Committee Postal Address of Premises: Willow Bridge Lane, Dalton, Thirsk, North Yorkshire YO7 3QQ. Proposed Licensable Activities: (a) Plays, (c) Indoor sporting events, (e) Live music, (f) Recorded music, (g) Performances of dance, (h) anything of a similar description to that falling within (e), (f) or (g) Gala days, Teddy Bears Picnic, Halloween party, (i) Provision of late night refreshment, (j) Supply of alcohol. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the Council by not later than 31/3/17. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
