NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the PCC proposes to sell the freehold property known as the Church Hall, Bagby, Thirsk, North Yorkshire and its curtilage by way of private treaty to a community organisation formed for the purpose of preserving the Church Hall for community uses. The property is being marketed for sale by private treaty through M W Darwin & Sons of 3 South Parade, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL7 8SE.
