(C2231 Broadheath Lane, Hallow)(Temporary 30 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2017

The Council have made an Order, to impose a temporary 30 mph speed limit on that part of C2231 Broadheath Lane, Hallow from its junction with U64012 Shoulton Lane to its junction with U62416 Peachley Lane, in order to facilitate Severn Trent works. Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days: Commencing: 27 March 2017.

(City ofWorcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Cornmeadow Lane, Worcester]

On 9 March 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the

following lengths and sides ofroad in Worcester: Cornmeadow Lane (north side) from a point 11.5 metres south west of its junction with Claines Lane for a distance of 3.5 metres in a south westerly direction; (south side) from a point 11.5 metres south west of its junction with Claines Lane for a distance of 3.5 metres in a south westerly direction; from a point 46.5 metres south west of its junction with Claines Lane for a distance of 20 metres in a south westerly direction; from a point 102.5 metres south west of its junction with Claines Lane for a distance of 45 metres in a south westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/ access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 30 March 2017.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides ofroads in Worcester: Camp Hill Road (west side) from a point 17.7 metres south of its junction with London Road for a distance of1.3 metres in a southerly direction; (east side) from a point 17.7 metres south of its junction with London Road for a distance of56 metres in a southerly direction. Elmfield Gardens (both sides) from its junction with Camp Hill Road for a distance of5 metres in an easterly direction.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to update the 40 mph speed limits on the following lengths ofroads in Holberrow Green:-

B4092 from a point 365 metres north of its junction with A442 to a point 44 metres east of its junction with C2261 Bouts Lane. Morton Hall Lane from its junction with B4092 for a distance of254 metres in a westerly direction. Green Lane for its entire length. C2261 Bouts Lane from its junction with B4092 for a distance of 166.4 metres in a southerly direction. C2052 MILE POST LANE from its junction with B4092 for a distance of 62 metres in a northerly direction. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (U50220 Gregorys Mill Street and U50221 New Bank Street, Worcester)(Temporary Closure & Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2017

The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of U50220 Gregorys Mill Street and U50221 New Bank Street, Worcester in two parts:-

U50220 Gregorys Mill Street - from its junction with U50222 Northcote Street to its junction with U50221 New Bank Street. U50221 New Bank Street - from its junction with U50220 Gregorys Mill Street for a distance of 30 metres in a southerly direction. The Order is being made to facilitate gas works.

The Order will temporarily suspend the one-way traffic restriction on Gregorys Mill Street to enable the reverse flow of traffic in an easterly direction. There will also be no entry on to Gregorys Mill Street from A38 Droitwich Road for the duration of the works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative Routes:-

Order 2017

The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of A449 Ombersley Road, Hawford, from a point 465 metres south of its junction with A449 Claines in a southerly direction in order to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. No alternative route available.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 nights (18:30hrs - 07:30hrs within a 3 week period): Commencing: 18 April

2017.

Order 2017

The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of U53134 Castle Place, Worcester, from its junction with U53132 Edgar Street for a distance of 60 metres in a south westerly direction in order to facilitate street lighting works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. No alternative route as this is dead end street.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day: Commencing: 18 April 2017.

(U64208 Shrawley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close thatpart ofU64208 Shrawley, from its junction with C2234 Shrawleyto its junction with B4196 Shrawleyin order to facilitate Severn Trent works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2234 Shrawleyand B4196 Shrawley.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 15 days: Commencing: 18 April 2017.

One Way) Order 2017

The Council have made an Order the effect of which is to close U53112 The Cross, Worcester, from its junction with U53111 Angel Streetto its junction with U53124 Broad Streetand to suspend the one way traffic restriction on St. Swithins Street from its junction with Trinity Streetto its junction with the High Street.

The Order is being made to facilitate new water connection works.

Alternative route:- A38 City Walls Road, A38 St Nicholas Street, U53123 St Swithins Street, U53116 Mealcheapen Street, U53117 Corn Marketand 38 City Walls Road.

Maximum duration: 18 months Anticipated duration: 2 days: Commencing: 26 March 2017

(C2024 Pensax Road, Abberley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council have made an Order to close that part of C2024 Pensax Road, Abberley, from its junction with B4202 Pensax to its junction with C2404 Stockton in order to facilitate network ducting by Barden Network.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: B4202 Pensax, B4202 Clows Top Road, C2030 The Common, A443 Elms Green, A443 Stockton, C2024 Stockton, C2024 Pensax and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days: Commencing: 27 March 2017.
