LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Wychavon District Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Old Cock Inn at Friar Street, Droitwich Spa, Worcestershire, WR9 8EQ. The

application includes the following

terms:- 1. To draw forward the

commencement hour for regulated entertainments and the sale of alcohol

to 10:00hrs daily 2. To extend the terminal hour for late night refreshment

regulated entertainments and the sale

of alcohol from 23:30hr to 00:00hrs on Sundays. 3. To extend the terminal

hour for late night refreshment, regulated entertainments and the sale of

alcohol to 0l:00hrs on New Year's Eve. 4.

To amend the licence to reflect the revised opening hours of the premises

which shall by 7am daily to facilitate a

A responsible authority or any other

person can make written representa-

tions to the Licensing Authority at any

time up to and including 17th April 2017 (www.wychavon.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
