(Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Charford Road, Bromsgrove]

On 9 March 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Bromsgrove:

Charford Road (south side) from a point 159 metres east ofits junction with Lyttleton Avenue for a distance of6.6 metres in an easterlydirection. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcementofcontraventions ofwaiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 23 March

2017.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove, Worcs., B61 8DA, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

Order 2017

The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close thatpart of C2004 Shaw Lane, Stoke Prior, from its junction with U42015 Church Lane to its junction with C2004 Shaw Lane in order to facilitate chevron board replacement works.

The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close thatpart of C2084 Berry Lane, Upton Warren, from its junction with C2084 Swan Lane to its junction with A448 Kidderminster in order to facilitate carriageway pre-surfacing works.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (C2161 Sandhills Green, Barnt Green)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017

The Council have made an Order to close that part of C2161 Sandhills Green, Barnt Green, from a point 20 metres either side of the railway bridge in order to facilitate bridge examination works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2161 Sandhills Green, C2173 Coopers Hill, C2173 Wheeley Road, C2174 Blackwell Road, C2174 Hewell Road, C2161 Sandhills and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day (Sunday 08:00hrs - 16:00hrs): Commencing: 26 March 2017.

(C2118 Himbleton to Grafton Flyford, Himbleton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of C2118 Himbleton to Grafton Flyford, Himbleton, from its junction with U43205 Hill Top Road to its junction with U42201 Blackpit Lane in orderto facilitate ducting works for Barden Network.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and toallowthe worksto be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2118 Himbleton to Grafton Flyford, C2032 Himbleton to Middle Road, C2150 Goosehill Lane to Earls Common, C2150 Earls Common to Hill Top Road, U43205 Hill Top Road and vice versa.

The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of C2147 Purshull Green Road, Elmbridge, from its junction with C2018 ClattercutLane to its junction with C2147 Cooksey Green Lane in order to facilitate carriageway pre-surfacing works.
