Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the FROM A44 TO BARRATT'S BRIDGE PROPERTY ON BRINGSTY COMMON, Temporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road :

FROM A44 TO BARRATT'S BRIDGE PROPERTYON

BRINGSTY COMMON.

OS Grid Ref: from 369805/255072-370013/254848.

There is no alternative route for those affected by the proposal.

The said closure is required due to resurfacing works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place.

The said closure will come into force on 20th March 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
