Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: C1133 From B4214 To East Lodge, Bishops Frome Temporary Closure to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles from the junction with the B4214 to the junction with Sandpits Road Grid Ref: 366215 / 248399 to 362096 / 247896. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the B4214 onto the A4103 onto Moorend Wychend Road and vice versa

The said closure is required due to the installation of new water main and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 14th of April 2017 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 8 weeks Any queries in relation to this closure should be
