A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

(Borough ofRedditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictionsand Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Gibbs Road and Johnson Close, Redditch]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effectofwhich will be to prohibitwaiting at any time on the following lengths and sides ofroads in Redditch:

Gibbs Road (both sides) from its junction with Johnson Close for a distance of 65 metres in a north easterly direction; (south side) from its junction with Johnson Close for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction. Johnson Close(both sides) from its junction with Gibbs Close for a distance of 12 metres in a southerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcementofcontraventions ofwaiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (U30043 Poverty, Astwood Bank, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of U30043 Poverty, Astwood Bank, Redditch, from its junction with U30032 Castle Street to a dead end in order to facilitate street lighting works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. No alternative route.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:

(U23202 Chapel Lane, Alvechurch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017

The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date ofthis Notice, to make an Order to close that part of U23202 Chapel Lane, Alvechurch, from its junction with C2034 Rowney Green Lane to its junction with U23202 Gravel Pit Lane in order to facilitate fibre optic cabling works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and toallowthe worksto be undertaken. Alternative route: C2034 RowneyGreen Lane, U23202 Gravel Pit Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days: Commencing: 10 April 2017.

(U31207 Church Road, Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017

The Council have made an Order to close that part of U31207 Church Road, Redditch, from its junction with U31000Church Green Westto its junction with U31207 Church Road in order to facilitate demolition works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and toallowthe worksto be undertaken. Two alternative routes: (a) B4160 Redditch Ringway, U31234 Prospect Hill, U31204 Clive Road, U31028 Hewell Road, U31000 Unicorn Hill and U31000 Church Green West.

(b)U31000 Church Green West, U31000 Easemore

Road, U31218 Archer Road, U31217 Grove Street

and B4160 Redditch Ringway. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:

2 days: Commencing: 18 March 2017.



(C2035 Storrage Lane, Rowney Green, Alvechurch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council have made an Order to close that part of C2035 Storrage Lane, Rowney Green, Alvechurch from its junction with C2034 The Holloway to its junction with C2044 Icknield Street in order to facilitate fibre optic broadband installation works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and toallowthe worksto be undertaken. Alternative route: - C2044 Icknield Street; B4101 Dagnell End Road; A441 Birmingham Road; C2291 Redditch Road; C2034 The Hollowayand vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 15 days: Commencing: 16 March 2017.

(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2017 [Revocation of Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Mount Pleasant, Redditch]

On 2 March 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to revoke a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Redditch: Mount Pleasant (east side) covering the frontage of No. 165.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcementofcontraventions ofwaitingprohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
