NOTICE is given that application will be made to the Magistrates' Court sitting at Princes Street, Swindon on 10 April 2017 at 10am for an order that part of the highway at Dorcan Way in Swindon as indicated on the plan which may be inspected at Wat Tyler House, One Stop Shop, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH, from 6 March 2017 Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm represented by the part hatched shall be stopped up on the ground that it is unnecessary.
