Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Plc has applied in respect of the Black Horse Main Road Cherhill Calne SN11 8UT for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for :This is an application to make some changes to the layout of the premises in accordance with the attached plan.
The main changes are as follows:
Internal changes,
1. Relocation of the back bar.
2. Reconfiguration of the toilets.
3. Amendments to fixed seating.
4. Removal of lobby (where the main entrance currently is located).
5. Addition of storage rooms (no public access).
External changes.
1. Addition of fixed structures (including a children's play area and smoking shelter).
2. Extension of the beer garden into the area currently identified as the car park.
As a result of the above changes, the licensable area has been extended. The other times, conditions and licensable activities authorised by the premises licence are to remain unaltered. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 22 March 2017, to the Wiltshire Council licensing Authority at Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SNI5 IER where the register of licensing applications can be inspected during normal office hours and/or at
www.wiltshire.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
