An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by Kapuge Asanka Thusith PERERA in respect of Bourne Stores, 8A Bourne Road, Swindon, SN2 2JQ

The application seeks the following licensable activities and times:

Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption off the premises

Monday to Sunday 08:00hrs to 22:00hrs

Christmas Day and New Year's Day 08:00hrs to 18:00hrs

Opening Hours of the premises

Monday to Sunday 05:30hrs to 22:00hrs

Christmas Day and New Year's Day 07:00hrs to 18:00hrs

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, [licensing@swindon.gov.uk] between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Responsible Authorities, (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade), and/or Other persons (e.g. people/ businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 25th February 2017 2016 and 24th March 2017. All representations must be made in writing [including e-mail or fax].

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on ^mjon conviction is £5000.
