LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FORA PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Crepeaffaire Limited to the Licensing Authority of Brighton & Hove City Council for a Premises Licence for Crepeaffaire, 35 East Street, Brighton, BN1 1LK The proposed licensable activities are the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises between 08.-00 and 23:30 and the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 every day of the week.
