NOTICE is hereby given that Arley Hall & Gardens have applied

on 2nd March 2017 to Cheshire East Council in respect of

the premises known as Arley Hall & Gardens, Arley, Cheshire,

CW9 6NA to vary the premises licence as follows:

To increase the capacity of the estate (including Parklands)

for specific evens / festivals from 5,999 to 14,999;

To amend the opening hours of Arley Hall and Gardens to

the general public to: 09.00 to 18.00hrs every day including

Bank Holiday

To extend period open of Arley Park and Gardens as a visitors attraction to all year round (except Christmas Day, New Year's Day and period in between - 25 Dec to 2 Jan). Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so in writing by 30th March 2017 to: The Licensing Section, Cheshire East Council, Municipal Buildings, Earle Street, Crewe, CW1 2BJ. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council and may be viewed at anytime during office hours.
