NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
Louise Rice has applied to Wycombe District Council for a variation to the existing Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities: To be open for the Sale of Alcohol on Thursday and Friday from 10:00 until midnight at 19, Duke Street, Princes Risborough HP27 OAT.
Any responsible authorities or other persons wishing to make representations on this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Wycombe District Council, Queen Victoria Road, High Wycombe, HP11 1BB or by emailing: licensing@wycombe.go.uk by 03/04/2017.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000), under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
