THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Missenden Road, Butlers Cross in the Parish of Ellesborough CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2016 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Missenden Road from junction of Lodge Hill to Longdown Hill. Alternative route: Missenden Road, Ellesborough Road, Springs Lane, Risborough Road, Aylesbury Road, Cadsden Road, Longdown Hill and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Transport for Buckinghamshire works take place commencing on 20 March 2017 between 1900 and 0600. The proposed Order will come into operation on 20th March 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated: 10 March 2017
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Micklefield Road, High Wycombe in the Parish of Unknown) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2016 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Micklefield Road from 40m either side of the Railway Bridge. Alternative route: Micklefield Road, London Road, Hatters Lane, Hicks Farm Rise and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Network Rail works take place commencing on 20 March 2017 between 2200 and 0600. The proposed Order will come into operation on 20 March 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated: 10 March 2017
The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council(Studridge Lane, Speen in the Parish of Lacey Green CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2016whichwilltemporarilyprohibitanyvehiclefromproceeding, exceptforaccess, in Studridge Lane for its entire length of the road. Alternative route: no diversion route is required. The closure is required whilst conventional surfacing and associated works take placecommencingon27 March2017 between0700and1900. The proposedOrderwill comeintooperationon27March 2017, assigned, with maximum18monthsduration.

The Council has made the Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath No. 1/4, Marlow (Thames Path) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2017, under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in Public Footpath No. 1/4 Marlow (Thames Path) from Gossmore Lane entrance to Pergola Field for approximately 415m to a point in Gossmore Recreation Ground where the footpath runs beneath the A404. The closure is required in the interests of public safety whilst approved development works take place commencing on 13 March 2017. Alternative route: from Gossmore Lane: from the point where the footpathentersPergolaFieldcontinueinanortheasterlydirectionalongGossmoreLane for320mto the entrance to Gossmore Ground CarPark. Continue for150minasoutherly directiononthe carparkaccess road into the carpark, theninasouth westerlydirectionfor 100m across the playing field to re-join the Thames Path beneath the A404. The proposed Orderwillcome into operationon13 March 2017, as signed, with amaximumdurationof 6 months.
(WYCOMBE DISTRICT) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2014 (AMENDMENT NO. 14) (EXPERIMENTAL) ORDER 2017
Notice is given that Buckinghamshire County Council has made an Experimental Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect ofthe Order, whichwillcomeinto operationon27thMarch2017foranexperimentalperiod of 18 months, is to amend "The Buckinghamshire County Council (Wycombe District) (Consolidation) Order 2014" by introducing on an experimental basis the restrictions in certain lengths of Westbourne Street, Desborough Road, Bridge Street, Lily's Walk, Suffield Road and Queen Alexander Road, High Wycombe described in the schedule below. The Ordercontains provisions allowingthe Head ofHighways to modify orsuspend the Order or any provision ofthe Order after carrying out statutory consultations in accordance with Section 10(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Buckinghamshire County Council will be considering in due course whether the provisions of the Order should be continued in force indefinitely. Any person may object to the making of the Order for the purpose of such indefinite continuation within a period of six months:
(a) beginning with the day on which the Experimental Order comes into force, or

(b) if the Order is varied by any Order made by the County Council or modified by the County Council pursuant to Section 10(2) of the 1984 Act, beginning with the day on which the variation or modification or the latest variation or modification came into force. Any such objection must be in writing and state the grounds on which it is made. It should be sent to the Parking Manager, Transport for Buckinghamshire, County Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury HP20 1UY or by email to parkingqueries@buckscc.gov.uk within the relevant time period specified above.

AcopyoftheOrderandPlansshowingthelengthofroadaffected, togetherwith acopyof the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected during normal opening times at County Hall, Aylesbury and High Wycombe Library. Further details are also available on the Council web site under current consultations. These documents will be on deposit at the said locations from the date of publication of this Notice and will remain on deposit for the duration of the Experimental Order.
