Application has been made to Brighton and Hove City Council to vary a premises licence under section 34 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco, HOVE EXPRESS, 239 DYKE ROAD, HOVE, EAST SUSSEX, BN3 6NF.
