APPLICATION TO CHANGE AN EXISTING GOODS VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Pic has applied in respect of the Oak Inn, 57 Martins Hill Lane, Burton, Christchurch, BH23 7NWfor a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:This is an application to change the layout of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan. The main changes are as follows: I. Removal of small internal wall. 2. Reconfiguration of the bar servery. 3. Addition of fixed seating. 4. Reconfiguration of the toilets Co accommodate for a disabled toilet The external areas are also proposed to be included within the demise of the licensable area. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Locations of any fire safety and other safety equipment subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plan regulations is indicative only and subject to change. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 30 March 2017, to the Christchurch Borough Council licensing Authority at Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch, BH23 IAZ where the register of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours.
