Notice is given that

TAREK REHIMA has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

Premises: FAJITAS, 284-292 OLD CHRISTCHURCH ROAD BOURNEMOUTH BH1 1PH

The proposed llcensable activities are:

Supply of alcohol on the premises, Late Night Refreshment on the premises, provision of films, provision & facility of dance, live and recorded music. -lOOOhrs - 0030hrs dally

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth



Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. Representations must be received no later than 31/03/17. The Application Record and Register can be viewed between 0900hrs and 1600hrs Monday to Friday at the above address.

It Is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make e false statement in connection with an application and the meximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
