Notice is given that Healthy Wines Ltd has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to Unit GC27, Satestore, Heatherbank Road, Bournemouth, BH48EA. The following licensable activities will be provided: The supply of wine for consumption off the premises during following hours: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat 8am-6pm, Thu 8am-8pm, Sun 10am-4pm. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth BH2 6LL, www.bournemouth.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 28/03/2017. The application record may be viewed between 9:00 and 16:00 Mon-Fri at the above address. Any person who makes a false statement in connection with an application is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine ol £5,000.
